BRAKES SOUND

I bought a Nissan Magnite I'm December 2022 the vehicle started making funny noise in January when I wanted brake.I phoned Nissan Silverton then they said I must bring it in gor inspection and they will change the brakes for me for free...Later when the vehicle came back they said they did not change it as the was nothing wrong Now again it started the same thing and now is worse I don't know what to do anymore
