BB Nissan Hatfield bad service.

These people do not care about the customer service, I took my car in yesterday morning for service but nothing was done to the car for no reason. I had to call the dealer about the progress on the car to be told work will not be complete have to collect the car next day. BB Nissan hatfield please invest in customer service classes, the service I got from you guys was terrible, terrible!!!!!
