BB motors not trusted, all they want is our money, nothing else
My Renault triber was inspected on 11 March 2026 due to electric window fault, even today I am still waiting for them. They promised to call me once the ordered part arrived.......no update or call till today 30 July 2026. Is like they were waiting for the car warranty to expire on the 11 June 2026 but I reported it on March 2026 and inspected on 11 March. Are you guys still going to assist me or what, I am sick and tired on calling you every month without good reasons

Shocking service from BB Nissan Tzaneen
Shocking service from reception to service dept. No communication on progress of maintenance on the car. Told the car was ready Friday afternoon. Drove from Johannesburg the car is still not ready Saturday morning. How do you keep your doors open with this type of service? Asked to speak to a manager he is at his child's school. Why is there no manager on site or contactable on hidls cellphone

Hey BB Nissan Tzaneen, 🚨 BIG PROBLEM! I just found out about a tracker on my new car that I didn't agree to. When I signed the papers, I was told it was just standard procedure, didn't even realise it was a tracker, let alone that I'd be paying for it 😡. Not cool, guys. Sort it out ASAP. I want to know why I was misled and what the deal is with the tracker fees.
