Terrible Service!!!!!

Real bad service @ BB Hatfield and not useful, they made me call them six times and then they put me through to the manager Deon, I explained that I wanted to sent my car for a second service through them because I was told when my car reaches 30000.00 I have to send it in for this service know I am told my warranty expired because that service was supposed to be January and I cannot recall they ever said this to me, I pay a ton of money for this car and in these times where financial difficulties people still don't appreciate that we use their company to buy there vehicles.

I don't want there services and would gladly pay elsewhere to get my car serviced.
