Pathetic service, Rude and *********** staff
Suzuki Hatfield. This dealership has the worst service team I have ever seen in my life. The one time i gave my car in for a service - the consultant waited till 12pm telling me some lie that she could not get hold of my service plan company. I then called the company right in front of her and guess what, i got through immediately. This time when i gave my car in for a service, my husband always tells them my car is on a maintenance plan -this time, the consultant called me 12:40 telling me that the service is one amount and listing all the things i need to replace bringing the total amount to over R25 000.00. when i advised her that i called her office 8:02 in the morning to confirm if they completed the service authorisation request and that the consultant advised me that all was in order, Rikie got all arrogant and upset saying no one told her of the service plan and that she didnt know. Im sorry - is it my job to tell you how to do your job??? i dont get paid by your company, do i?? None the less, i gave her the instruction to call the service provider and continue with the deal on the service plan. its been 2 hours later and we are still waiting on my car, the consultants are rude as hell and arrogant, and i am still waiting on the manager to sort out this mess. One would think that its only in the dealership to make sure they have all the info regarding service plans and get back to the client ASAP other than waiting till 12:50 to break the news of incompetence. I would NEVER EVER recommend this dealership to anyone. not even to my worst enemy. the consultants are rude, they are to me - *********** and dont even care about client service. one would think that a service centre would care about client service - nope not this one. i would NEVER EVER even bring my car back to this dealership. I would rather drive 100km to a dealership that has passion for their clients than ever having to put up with this pathetic service. This dealership is not only a disgrace to Suzuki but a utter humiliating disgrace to the meaning of the word service.
