Np300 first 15000 service went wrong

Really not happy with the service I got from BB motors group Tzaneen, took my bakkie Monday on 12 April 2021 first 15000 service they encounter factory faulty on the car since we been waiting if not they ordered wrong part, first they wanted us to pay for the factory faulty parts the whole service team didn't treat us well. We only had the car for 1 month Nissan is breaking our trust.
