BB motors poor service

BB motors are not reliable, I took my car via insurance company, after they said they are done, a day after collecting my car had experience that the car was shacking and windows ddnt close properly, they advised it was working the next day when I took it there, I collected later that day, I can confirm I still have same problem, AIG please reconsider who you use.
