Bad After Sales Service

Guys this is my encounter of the service with this company. I bought a 2nd hand vehicle through them. The service was ok until I paid for the vehicle, but when I went back after delivery and asked for assistance as I didn't have the key to unlock the spare wheel they told me to just cut it off. After a heated argument with the sales manager they just refused to assist and replace the lock for the spare wheel. Be very careful when dealing with this company.
