Terrible service

1. We took our car for 1st time service to Mahindra Alberton who informed us that the stabilizer bar and A-pillar of these models were recalled. Mahindra Menlyn, where the car was purchased never called us to let us know. 2. The A-pillar is all of a sudden not a recall according to the Menlyn Branch, and replacing it would be at own cost cause the warranty is apparently 3 months only. The car is not even a year old! 3. Drove all the way from JHB South to Pretoria to have the recalled part replaced. The service advisor we dealt with showed no empathy for the distance travelled, no courtesy and no updates provided during the repair process. 4. Car wash was less than sub standard.
