BB MAHINDRA MENLYN SERVICE IS VERY BAD

I had a very bad experience with the spare division(Jaco)in particular. First i order a part for my vehicle and Jaco said it will take 3 days and he will contact me. He never did ,and when i contacted him, he said the part was sold .I kept my cool ,and ordered again. I asked him very polite to please don't mess up again and make sure i get this part. He promised me he will make sure. The part arrived, he did not contact me ,and when i phoned, guess what, the part was sold. All i hear is sorry ,it was his fold. I still kept my cool and asked very polite what now, and he said he will make a plan and phone me back. Nothing again. When i contacted him ,he had all fresh excuses and many apologies again. I ordered the part from another dealer. I am also in the market for 2 new Mahindra Pik Up's (I already bought 6)but Mahindra Menlyn will definitely not get that order from my business ,i will make sure of that. I will never do business with Jaco or this branch ever again
