Very poor service
Never take your car to Mahindra Hatfield for repairs! We spent R21000 deposit for a turbo which needed to be replaced. According to the service manager they had the parts in stock and was ordered when we paid the deposit. After a week, following up, we get told that the part is no longer available and is on back order and it would take about 21 work days to arrive. Apparently it was taken by another dealership. 🤷🏻♀️The car has been with them for 3 weeks now. Very disappointed with them as well as the Mahindra brand. I do however, would like to mention Jordan for his excellent and friendly service.

Service with more than just a smile!
What a pleasure working with Divan Du Preez! He truly listens to what you need and it's not just selling a car with him, he makes sure that you as the klient is heard and happy. I will in future ask for him when buying a car. When something doesn't work, like a car being out of stock, he goes the extra mile to source it somewhere els or he has a back up plan. Talk to him he will give you the best service and peace of mind, always friendly and always willing to give his all.

I recently purchased a Mahindra XUV 3XO AX5 from BB Hatfield Mahindra in Pretoria, and I had a great experience. A big thank you to Dewald, the sales person who assisted me. His service was professional, friendly, and highly efficient. He made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free, and provided excellent guidance throughout. He also took the time to explain all the vehicle’s features clearly, ensuring I understood everything about the car before driving off. Overall, I’m very happy with the service at BB Hatfield Mahindra, and I would highly recommend Dewald for his outstanding customer service and support.
