Bad service from BB Loghomes/ Solomon.

Don't use BB Loghomes. Owner Solomon ********** 933. He gave me a quote (130 000) for a 1 bedroom loghome. His own words on quote "We do quality work". He start building my loghome on 15 Oct 2018 and I paid hime R80 000. Then he came to me and said I need to pay him another R33 000 for more material. On Friday 19 Oct he phone me and said his workers need to get pay. I gave him R4 500 cash and did a eft for R4 000. I told him I'll pay the outstanding balance on completion of the house. This was all in the first week. 15 - 19 Oct. First week they only worked 4 days. I phoned and whatsapp him on Sunday 21 Oct and asked him what time will he be on site on Monday and he told me 8h00. Him nor his team pitched up. Every time I phoned and whatsapp him he has an excuse. He never came in the second week. I got another guy to come out to complete my loghome and I have to pay the 2nd guy R17 000. BB Loghomes/ Solomon take people for a ride and bs everyone. What he say and what he do is 2 different stories.
