Bus accident

I just want to express my dissatisfaction with the BB Insure, I was involved in an accident wherein i had parked my car in a designated parking space, and i was bumped by a bus that belongs to one of their clients in my absence. When i got back to the car, somebody was waiting to explain to me what had happened and then we waited for the bus to come back and went together to the police station to open a case and give accident report statements. The following day i was told to go to the bus company offices where i was told that i should take the quiry further to BB Insure in Landros street, i went there and they told me to go get quotes for the repairs, i did that and submitted to them. From then i was taken from pillar to post and it was all in vain, i ended up taking money from my savings and fixed the car, because i was not gonna drive around with a car that was involved in an accident. I waited for them to get back to me after i had fixed the car and i never heard from them, I think their way of doing business is not fair, because they came with all delay tactics after which they just ditched me. I need my refund, as i feel i fixed the car whereas it was not my duty to do so.
