Worst service ever

The 2 white ladies on the reception are the most unhelpful and useless human beings I've ever met besides everything I was not happy with the service ,I'll never buy a Renault ever again because once you do you're on your own even when your car is under warranty, Renault Hatfield is somewhere I'll never service my car ever again...they're nice when you buy but not so nice when you have problems
