Worst Service at BB Renault Hatfield

Traded my vehicle in on new vehicle, on day of trade-in they gave me 10 000 les then we agreed on. Then sold me a vehicle that does not meet my needs at all as they disclosed this vehicle is terribly under powered. I contacted them to trade this vehicle in on a better vehicle, sales person never phoned me back. Very disappointed with BB Hatfield an terrible after sales.
