Terrible!! Worst experience ever!!

Terrible!! Worst experience ever!! Where do I even begin? The staff I dealt with were rude, unhelpful and just overall disrespectful! They never serviced the car, did the change of ownership or even put it through roadworthy even though this was agreed to be done by them. I paid for a service plan that I could not use because they never serviced the car even though they said they did. If I could give a rating that goes into the minus I would because never in my life have I dealt with such a bad company!
