terrible service rendered

<p>Hi Im Tendani, I took my car in for service at Renault Centurion in pretoria, I explained what I needed to be checked on the vehicle and those thing were not attended to, the only thing that was done is the normal service, 1st = I needed a radio code since the radio needed it and I was told I can not be given the code because they wanted to do a diagnosis for the cigarette lighter fused that fused due to something that was pluged in it, which I didnt have that amount to pay, I honestly dont understand how does a cigarette lighter have anything to do with me not getting a radio code, I explained to Mr Venter who was assisting me that I didnt take out a car bettery, the only thing I took out by mistake was the radio fuse which when I put back in, it wanted that code. Please someone explain to me concept of me not getting the code just because the cigarette lighter fuse is not working</p> <p>2nd = I specifically asked for the door rubbers to be tightened as they are lose and one is falling off, which again it was not done, the same problem those rubbers were giving me are still happening, </p> <p> </p> <p>I honestly dont understand how hard it is to offer clients the service they are paying for, right now I dont even trust that the service they said it is done, it is really done. </p> <p>CAN I PLEASE GET SOMEONE TO ASSIST WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
