Rude Service Adviser

I've never felt the way I'm feeling in my life, Taking my car in for service in time like I was told and having to wait for the shuttle service for so long.

I stood up and went to one of the Service Advisers and that was the biggest mistake I made, I asked her how long will it take for the shuttle service to arrive without a care in the world she started speaking to me like she was speaking to her child and told me that they short staffed, as I'm puzzled by her reaction I asked why she's screaming at me, she walked away and screamed the name of one of the black lady she works with to, "come and deal with this" this being me I guess she called her because she's the one who can handle me since she's black.

I will never go to the Renault in Hatfield and hope they render the right service to their company standard because surely I'm not their standard based on the treatment I was given.
