Poor service , staff attitude

I have been receiving the worst service in this Branch but I believe in giving people a chance to redeem themselves but today it was on another level, I felt so betrayed and belittled by this guy by the name of Jaco, He brought out my vehicle Renault capture for me and he was like let us go around to see that everything was still in order, then we did, but when we got to the back, I saw my boot handle was broken and I told him that this was not like this when I brought my car , He said im sorry mam but that was ment to be broken!I was like, what are you saying? He repeated himself and said that the only thing he could do was to get some solo tape, i was like you broke my handle and now you are giving me attitude.😳 Renault, do not you have service standards ,We are bleeding when we come to the Hatfield branch for service, and the staff attitude is on another level. I need this to be taken seriously because I feel unappreciated and unvalued as a paying customer. You broke my handle and I want it fixed, not attitude.
