No guarantee

<p>I took my car for a service today. Fist I found out 2hrs after booking it in that due to a loophole in the contract I lost my service plan. Even with all the bs excusses I still booked the car in also to have some warrantee issues solved. Nothing major, some rattles under the dash, towbar indicator wiring done incorect etc. I was informed that since the car was bought from wonderboom renault, hatfield renault will not honour the warrantee and I need to book it with wonderboom. Now I didnt buy a wonderboom or a hatfield, I bought a renault. Why will renault not honour their warrantee?</p>
