my dissatisfaction...

I bought a brand new Qashqai from the Renault dealership in Hatfield and the service has been appalling...brand new car with a defect on the bonnet??? there's been a recall yet i haven't been offered a new vehicle instead i need to drive around as is until they provide a new bonnet. it's been 2 months and i have not received my reg docs, which i have been promised will be delivered to my house??? Nissan keeps getting the blame while i bought the car from you! you are part of the BB group stop shifting the blame and own up!
