Friday the 26th of October2018 i went to BB Hatfield Renault to service my car hence my car is on R30000 km they told me that i do not have any motor plan with them so they wont be able to work on my car.am so digusted hence they put a sticker on my rear mirror for the next service for 30km so how do we go about this because consultants are mis informing clients to buy cars and when they have to do after sales sales they don't have intergrity.
