BB motors Renault Hatfield renders the worst services.

Currently experiencing the worst with this company, I have just purchased a car in December 15 2023 and it showed me flames a week after driving it, it's a Haval H2 white in color, the car suddenly got stuck on the road I called Keletso my salesman, as a person who sold me the car, he is more than available the problem is with the used cars manager, Ernest Smith, he's very arrogant, I have called for my car to be towed 4 times already he doesn't even bother make follow up, i told them I don't trust the car anymore, I need another one or they must cancel my contract as I keep paying for a car I'm not during, just 3 days ago, he told me I can take the matter to Ombudsman there's nothing he can help me with. I am very frustrated and I regret the purchase I made with BB Motors and I Renault Hatfield, he's the worst person I've ever met.

Anyone with information please help, this monster is just happy that the car is no longer under his hands and now im suffering alone. I think they knew about the car's problem yet he's relaxed now knowing it's no longer on his floor. I hate BB motors, worst service ever.
