BB Hatfield Renault are a bunch of *****s!!

My client purchased her first car from BB Hatfield Renault in Feb 2018 and was given a spare key and not the original one with the immobilizer. She was told that the original key would be delivered in a week or two.

It i September 2018 and she is yet to receive her key. All she keeps getting are excuses and dismissal as she is a young lady who is not an expert in automotive technical jargon.

When I spoke to the manager Stefan at the end of August 2018, he promised to investigate and order the key as "it has to be ordered from France" .

The service at this dealership is past pathetic and they should be held accountable for their poor service and total disregard for customer service and TCF.

In case you packers at BB Hatfield have never heard of TCF, it stands for Treating Customers Fairly.
