BB Hatfield Nissan - Worst sales experience.

I bought a car at BB Nissan Hatfield end of February 2018. The delivery happened while I was moving to another house on a Saturday morning as I stay roughly 340 km from the dealership. The sales rep did not send the financial information before hand as I discussed, and when it came to signing the saturday I did not have enough time to go through all information. Even if I did he would have had to return, redo the contract, and deliver another day. After moving I reviewed the contract and noticed that they added a R 8 300 value to the financing that they can not be explain up to date. After several attempts and many phone call with the Used Sales Manager they just claim that it was the car's profit. The car's profit should have been included with the sales price, and they refuse to refund this or the registration costs I occurred. I have never hear of a dealer where if you agree to a car value and they add profit afterwards?

The value putt aside a friend of mine notices paintwork on the car and pointed out that the car was in a huge car accident. The car is a 2016 model and had 36 000km on the clock when I bought it (kinda new). When I took the car to a professional they also indicated that the car was in an accident, and gave a poor trade price due to this (roughly 60 % of the selling price 6 weeks before when I bought the car) . When confronting the dealership regarding the car, they agreed to take the car back on trade value (Losing R 23 600 in the process), but never came to light with this agreement. They later on suggested that I trade at another dealership. When I wanted to trade the car at other dealerships, they offered R 30 000 less and this would cause a loss of R 53 600 just because Hatfield BB Nissan sold a car that had extensive accident damage to me.
