Bad service for customer bad service for my car

I called today to book my car for service and i was told my their reception that the service manager will call me back 2 hours later they havent call me back, i call again, this time i was transfered to the service dep and my car can be serviced in a weeks time. Its unacceptable de service i got ita bad i wont be comin there ever again or il wont refer anyone to book their car for service there
