Bad service and incorrect information

They are unprofessional and they want take customers for a ride, I toke my car for service and they give incorrect information stating that my vehicle engine is damaged insting to make a cliaim from warranty after the warranty department declined their claim after a month of keeping the car with them.they send an invoice of R170000 saying I need replace my engine. I advise them to bring my car back. The car was not serviced, and the airfilter was losing with no *****s. They is working fine the engine is not damaged .Please don't go to Renault Hartfield for car service.
