5 star service, professional &well trained staff..I love you guys at BB Renault Hatfield

Jaco Nagel & the manager at BB Renault Hatfield,a BIG thank you for a 5 star service. I must say I have never been offered a test drive in any dealer but when I got to BB Renault,I met Jaco Nagel.he welcomed us so professionally.at that time we already felt like we were home.we told him we were shopping for a car.he asked all the right questions.showed us the cars they have,we got interested in 1.he offered us a test drive.wow,that's when I knew that the level of customer service at BB Renault was outstanding.he took us for a test drive,explain everything about the car& I mean everything.Jaco Nagel went an extra 10 miles for us & for that we bought a Renault Stepway.the professionalism he showed us,the way he explained everything & I must say before I could even ask a question I realised that he has already covered and answered that question.i am a proud owner of a Renault Stepway& I don't ever see myself changing to any other brand.i am so inlove with my new car& thank you Jaco& staff.ohhh I even got jumper cables as a gift and cleaning material.i have never in my life been treated so well at a dealer.anyone who wants a 5 star service & wants to be treated like they r the only customer in the world please visit BB Renault Hatfield and ask for Jaco Nagel.thank you BB Renault Hatfield.
