STAY AWAY FROM BB TZANEEN FORD!!

I took my car in for service on the 9th of October 2021. The car was driving fine with no major issues. They serviced the car and then told me that the front suspension needed to be replaced, I refused and said I had no budget to cover the costs and took the car and drove home. A few weeks after, my car started overheating on a regular basis, when I stopped at the filling station the first time this happened, the petrol attendant said the cap of the water-holding container is not fitting and can not close properly. The same thing happened 3 times again after the first incident and in all the filling stations, they complained about how the cap of the container isn't fitting and that it seemed to have been replaced. I finally got my husband to take the car to an independent mechanic, who checked the container and confirmed that it's a very old container as it had multiple cracks and that the cap is definitely not for that container. I urge all ford customers, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE ******! They make their living out of cheating and lying to their customers. The dealership never returned my calls after calling multiple times about this problem.
