BB Ford Tzaneen arrogance towards their customers

I bought a Ford Ranger turbo for 12000 from BB Ford Tzaneen and i had it fitted by one of my registered qualified Mechenic only to find that the turbo was noisy but because i work in Johannesburg and i was not comfortable with the winning noise from the turbo i then went to Germiston to have the turbo checked properly they checked it and their technician mark said the turbo was fitted properly and they made a no charge invoice for me as proof i drove my car but with me not feeling comfortable with the noise i went back to Motus Ford Germiston again asked them to open the turbo and i was to c it myself and only to find out that the turbo was not the way it is supposed to be and i took pictures of it I tried to take it up with the management of BB Ford Tzaneen and motus Ford Germiston but they both arrogant and listen to their customers and what worries me a lot is they agree with me with the warranty and the kilometre range but they dnt want to give me the new turbo Drikus the manager at BB Ford so so arrogant he even failed to email me the turbo warranty papers they so disgusting Ford must withdraw their operating license i went as much as Ford SA it is worse the investigator didn’t even know what are the three whiskies when you doing an investigation I won’t give up until i get help
