Worst service ever- unreliable, cheats

<p>In June we took our car to this service provider. In fact, we returned the car with the same problem after it was serviced just about two weeks prior at the very same service provider. The service took extraodrinary long, so eventually we eventually went there to see what is going on ourselves, after making numerous phone calls and told very long stories. We found our car, standing on the premise, windows open, brand new radio removed with force, batery removed, GPS gone, etc. The owner told us that they broke into the car, so he has processed a claim from his insurance. Eventually, he informed us that the insurance is not going to pay for any of the damage, so we came to an agreement that we dont pay for the service and he will only replace the batery, with a new one, which he did. Two weeks later the batery started giving problems. On taking the batery to be tested at a valid testing center, they informed us that the batery is so old, that we can dump it in the next dustbin. I am SOOOOOOOOO disappointed with service everywhere I go, that I just cant keep quiet about this. I fully grasp the fact that the car got broken into. Yet, we are left with so many unanswered questions and so much distrust. This 'service' cost us a new batery, GPS and car radio........ how fair is this?</p>
