poor service for my car

on the 5th of November I took my BMW 320d at B&B DIAGNOSTIC & SERVICES at Pretoria Rosslyn for oil change and electrical check ,after I drive 100km the next day my car broke down when I took it to my mechanic we find out that oil and oil filter was not changed when we proceed we learn that diesel filter and air filter was not changed from our last Service with him in September,<br> <br> To replace oil pump and diesel filter with air cleaner it cost me over R8000 .00 because of poor work from Barry viljoen
