Very disappointing experience with this dealership. In December 2025, a R40 000 deposit was paid for a vehicle in a specific colour after the dealership undertook to source it within 7 working days. The vehicle was never delivered in the agreed colour, despite follow-ups and extended time being given. When the transaction was cancelled due to their failure to deliver, the dealership failed to refund the deposit. This is despite proof of payment, bank statements, and confirmations from the banks. Different explanations were given at different times, and undertakings to refund were not honoured. The matter has now had to be escalated formally. I would advise prospective buyers to be extremely cautious, get everything in writing, and think twice before paying any deposit

Very poor service and accountability. Would not recommend.
