### Review for BB Chery Mount Fuji: A Shocking Experience - 1 Star

My recent experience with BB Chery Mount Fuji was nothing short of a nightmare. I am writing this review to warn potential customers about the deplorable and unprofessional behavior of this dealership, especially towards black customers.

To begin with, I was blatantly ****** when it came to the tracker for my vehicle. I paid for a tracker that was never installed. The dealership took my money and displayed a complete lack of concern for my situation. The gravity of this negligence became glaringly obvious after I was involved in an accident. It was at this point that I realized just how little BB Chery Mount Fuji cares about its customers.

In an attempt to resolve this issue amicably, I reached out to the Ombudsman, who sent a letter advising me to get a lawyer. When I approached the dealership again, their sales manager informed me that they were instructed by the so-called Dealer Principal not to engage with me. This evasive and dismissive behavior is utterly unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I also contacted the tracker company to verify the installation, only to be told that they do not recognize the VIN number of my car. This confirmed my worst fears that the tracker had never been installed. The entire process has been extremely stressful and frustrating.

Additionally, I experienced issues with the black badge on my vehicle prior to the accident. The badge started peeling off shortly after purchase, significantly diminishing my enjoyment of the car. Despite bringing this issue to their attention, BB Chery Mount Fuji showed no interest in resolving it.

The lack of accountability, customer service, and basic decency displayed by BB Chery Mount Fuji is appalling. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and ********* practices are beyond unacceptable. Furthermore, the treatment I received as a black customer was particularly disheartening and unacceptable.

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to reconsider. The service rendered here is abysmal, and the way black customers are treated is unacceptable.

I rate BB Chery Mount Fuji one star, only because a zero-star rating is not an option.
