MOST ATROCIOUS , DISGUSTING , ********** SERVICE

I have been sending my car in for services to BB Renault Hatfield for the past year . I have had untidy workmanship , terrible service. They have misdiagnosed things which they could then not sort out, I have been told to wait for a part to fix my aircon pump which i was supposed to contacted about , i waited for weeks with no contact and thereafter when a call was made to them , the service advisor initially said that it was not on the order list but she will get back , and then a call had to be made to follow up where it was then said that the part wa sthere and my car needs to come in. As i was away , i provisionally booked it , awaiting her confirmation, of which i got none , a few days later , my gearbox was being problematic , making it extremely dangerous for me to be driving the car - a problem i had previously notified them about and was said to have been tended to. After this they were still unable to sort this out ,picked me up 1hr later then was arranged, totally unapologetic. After complaining to renault SA , I got a courtesy car which they TRACKED to my location to pick up at my work like ****s,without any arrangements made. On the day it ca,me back, it didnt start
