I took my Mahindra XUV 500 in to BB Hatfield for a 10 000km service. The client service was pathetic and the service on the vehicle even worse. They tampered with the rear boot door panels causing it not opening properly anymore. The vehicle starts difficult in the mornings due to a unknown issue. They did not even know how to replace a front headlight bulb. The vehicle came back in a worse condition than what it was before i had it serviced. After going back the next day, the problems still persist. i am struggling to get the problems sorted out with no assitence from BB hatfield. Never again will they see me.....
