Blameshifting

I took my car for panel beating, AFTER receiving quotes. <br> <br> Then I received a phone call from a staff member who offered to quote me on the work again. I informed her that I already received a quote which she would find on the system - that is why I brought my car in.<br> <br> My insurance company provided me with a rental car. That is no justification for BB Cars to waste their and my money through taking weeeeks to fix a car on which they quoted less than R20 000 for small repairs. <br> <br> When I eventually could collect my car only half of the work was done. Yes, I was shocked and did tell them how I feel, i.e insulted that they assume I want to drive a marked car. <br> <br> Refer that they quoted on work to be done and that they received car without asking client to complete all relevant paper work.<br> <br> The manager assured me that he would fix the car as a matter of urgency and personally phone the rental car company and explain all to them.<br> <br> It took them TWO weeks to fix my car. The rental car company was not phoned. When the insurance phoned Lisa informed them that I was commiting insurance ***** - having private work done at their cost. <br> <br> Client not nb with R5m turnover - BLAMESHIFT
