BB Hatfield Renault stinks!

Took Duster in for service. Collected it with engine light on. On enquiry and without B B Hatfield alerting me to this, Kobus said their machines are not working , he cannot guarantee that I can drive it like that... bad service. Avoid at all cost! Menlyn Renault said: Bring it, we'll assist. Spare parts, wait 5 months.
