BB Cars makes you pay for their mistakes

My car was in accident and has been back forth five times to BB Cars Each time something wasn't right. First they put a pirate part and lining wasn't matching. Then broke my lock nut and blamed me for it when there replaced the shock and stub axle. When they got the correct fender Rob told me on the phone I got the new Original fender but I will not be going ahead with the job as I complain too much you better find someone else. I told my insurance that BB Cars didn't want to do the job. The insurance said I can take it through and they will sort it out. On the day of collection Rob was very rude and said i'm lying and this car will not leave here until it's 100% and then it must never come back here as i'm a difficult customer. Due to time I said it looks fine and I will take it and I didn't wanna cause a fight but I kept quiet when ROB was shouting at me. 2 Months later my brake pads were worn and needed replacing. I went to HI-Q and they inform me in front of that the pins are stripped and needs replacing which costed me about R2500.00 for the parts and labour. They guys are useless and will brake your car further. There were parts missing and that was the visible ones. Please don't not use them. This was the worst panel beater I have ever used. The workmanship was pathetic. My car will never go back there and it costed me more with time and money to fix these idiots mistakes.
