Burnt BB Brown Bread

I bought a loaf of BB Brown Bread and when we opened it, it was burnt. I don't know whether they used a dirty pan when filling the dough. I sent an email to their customer care department with the pictures of the bread as evidence of what I found and they asked for the purchase date & area and then I've never heard anything from them. It's been 3 days now since I laid a complaint. I told them that I'm an unemployed QC and that's how I was able to pick this up because I don't think it was supposed to have been to the shelves. I am highly disappointed with them.
