Bread Off before expiry date
hi, i had purchased a load of BB bread yesterday evening (06/02) from a shop in the unit 7 shopping centre in Chatsworth. i did not look at the expiry date on the packaging. this morning while making lunch i noticed some white stuff on the bread, its something you usually see when bread is too old. when i checked the expiry date, it showed 07/02 so the bread expires today. this has never happened before, bread is normally fine even a day or 2 after the expiry date. this has been rather inconvenient for me as i had to get into my car and drive to the shop at 6am this morning to get another loaf of bread (Albany this time). i don't think i would buy BB bread again after this inconvenient experience.
