BB Bread crust slice baked with fly in it

Bought 2 loafs of white BB Bread got home and saw a fly in the crust slice so I called BB Bread customer care line *** spoke to someone, they took my details and complaint and gave me a what's app number to send pics of bread this was on the 17 Feb 2022 said they will investigate and get back to me, didn't refund me or replace me and I messaged them on the what's app on the 22nd Feb 2022 and had no responce so I messaged them again next day and still no responce. Well I will plaster through out social media if no response yet, this is Durban branch BB Bread, reference number cas2022m2f2h6
