USELESS....

So i have been in contact with BB Auto via the whatsapp number that they've left on their voicemail said we can send any requests via that number, since Monday i have been asking for a code for my car, why did they even create that number if they aren't using it, all they keep telling me is that "They'll assist me" You guys are useless shame
