****** of an Aircon - Utility Chevrolet 2016

Good Day. It is with great disappointment that I had to write this review. It has been 11 months now and I do not seem to be getting any help. Just to give a brief of the story. I bought the vehicle at BB motors polokwane with ABSA finance at the end of Feb 2019. Upon delivery, I identified that the vehicle did not have an air-conditioner as opposed to the advert. I spoke to the salesperson (Ivy Mutiya) who delivered and sold the vehicle to me, regarding my concern about the absence of air-conditioners. The vehicle cost was R150 000. She advised that she will re-apply for a finance on my behalf with air-conditioner purchase and installation cost included, as soon as they approve, I will have to bring the vehicle for installation. She did that and the cost of the vehicle was made up to be R172 000 to cater for purchase and installation of an air-conditioner. It was approved. I was told by my salesperson (Ivy) to bring the vehicle for air-con installation when I have time and I should tell her at least a week before, to allow her ample time to organize with the service provider. I went to Pretoria to attend a work course for a few months and unfortunately had a car accident with the same vehicle. The vehicle was written off by my insurance. I requested the manager (Nico Steenkamp) to assist by reverting back at least the air-conditioner cost back into my car finance bank with my account number, as I already told him that I have a R60 000 shortfall. He (Nico Steenkamp) told me that the air-conditioner was already purchased and it is there lying at their shelves. I understood that. I managed to retrieve my vehicle back from my insurance with a buyback option as the car was not badly damaged. I did manage to fix the car and I called Ivy (my sales person) to assist with the installation of my (already paid for) air-conditioner as it is already lying in your workshop as Nico said. She told me that Nico Steenkamp does not want to approve some final documents and she is NOT aware of any air-con lying in the workshop. She tried to follow up on my air-con and she doesn't seem to be assisted by Nico. I called Nico Steenkamp to ask what seems to be the problem and he said he needs insurance proof of payment and I forwarded it to him. It has been 10 months now, running in circles with Nico Steenkamp. Please assist. I would be glad if the air-con cost as stated above can be returned back to my bank finance to decrease the shortfall that I am currently paying or my vehicle to be installed with an air-con as initially planned with my salesperson.

Please look into this matter
