I took my car for repairs 2 months back and also highlighted few extras that need to be sorted out,after nearly a month a get a call to come and collect the car which I did.To my suprise all the extras that I have highlighted where not fixed and that forced me to leave the car at their workshop again,2 weeks later I haven’t received any communication whatsoever ever so I decided to call them and ask about the progress. Stil they could not give me a straight answer as no one knows when they will get part And no one know of the ETA and funny enough I only get feedback only if I call them. Is this how customers are being treated at all the BB autos or is it just the incompetency of the Mokopane branch? Honestly I’m not happy with their service and yet until today I haven’t received feedback regard my or the progress. BB mokopane please pull up your socks
