Customer service complaint

I am driving my GWM Double cab for 4months without airconditioning.Bb Autos service is pathetic,they keep on promising the spare is on its way but nothing happens.I will not advice anybody to take there vehicle to Bb Auto Polokwane as you are just going to get empty promises.In future I will rather take my vehicle to Nelspruit Gwm that is 300 km away,atleast the service will be better. If Gwm cannot keep their customers happy it is maybe time to change brand.This was not the only time I received bad service from Bb Auto Polokwane ,stay clear.
