BB motors Tzaneen -most terrible service ever !

My car went in for a seemingly quick first service to the BB motors -Suzuki dealership/ service centre in Tzaneen . When I phone to book for the service I was told that Suzuki is very slow to authorize . I thought that was weird , why do you sell a product and then bad mouth them . I took my car in the next day - the same where told to me by a different lady . I was asked if their was any other problems . I requested that they fit my back numberplate properly- as they did not do it when I bought my car new. I also asked that they must please listen to a noice when sitting on the back seat as a passenger - sounds if the door is not closed or window is open. When I collected my car that afternoon around 4h00 .I was at first happy , although I was told they do not found anything wrong with the back doors , the driver drove 20 km on the front seat , you do not hear it at the front - the message was not passed correctly . I got home when I opened my boot I was shocked to see what a mess they made with my number plate. Two way tape where sticking out on the sides and you could see how the damaged my number plate & holder . They did not even tried to remove the old two way tape - I went back 1/2 hour later I received my car , it looked better in the poor light . I then noticed next sunny day that the paint was chipped on four places and there was an actual dent . I took my car in and was asked to bring it in on Monday to go to panel beater . That afternoon I was told the panel beater was busy but they did fix the back doors and I need to bring it back on Wednesday and will get it back the same day .? I phoned them at 16h00 to find out if they can drop my car off. I was told my car is not ready and I will get my car at 9h00 next morning . At 10h00 and 12h30 I followed up . Just to here that the panel beater made a mess and I would have to wait longer.......I am very disappointed ! Sitting with out a car - no curtesy car offered .
