2 weeks after i brought my car i released that the central locker on the left door was not working probably,and another thing the car didn't have a spare wheel and a service book i only have copies .

I spoke to Kgaugelo my dealer about the central lock and spare. He told me to go to Renault for fixing and that i still have warranty with innovation for 2 years. And with the spare wheel he told me that i should buy the wheel and they will refund me. today i went to Renault for the central locker and spare wheel only to find out the that the car cannot be fix under warranty because the left side is a respray it looks like it was involved in a car accident and it was re-build this is the information i got from CMH Renault Midrand mechanic he further explained that if it wasn't for that he could fix the locker under warranty.Then i went to parts department for spare wheel and they told me this car was not suppose to be using mag wheels its an old model meaning they dealer changed the tyres to mag its not its original wheels. and other issue the car doesn't have a service book i only got copies for the dealer. and i have to go change ownership with my money they will refund it.

Now i cannot drive a car with so many mistakes on it and i am paying lot for it, considering the fact that i have to pay it for 6 years while it has lot of mistakes it might die even before i finish paying it.. at the moment i would like to escalate the issue and resolve it by either giving me other car in good condition or they take back there car and also i would appreciate it if wesbank can send an inspector to check the car and have proof.
