B&B 82 in Mokopane on Kruger Street is the worst ever

I had the worst experience where I booked to stay for 10 days at the B&B 82 in Mokopane on Kruger Street. Before even checking in I alerted them that I will now be staying for a week, I had paid in advance. I was rudely told they will ask head office about it. A month later my refund request is still not answered and when I keep following up I’m told it can’t be done. I am sooo unhappy as I was still in time to cancel the other week and now I’m telling my friends, family and colleagues to not use that place because they so unfair and rude. Be careful don’t book at this place they only friendly when you paying but when wishing your rights to cancel they will keep your money and still get people to book the same room and make double money. I want my weeks refund, I’ll go to all review sites to name and shame them!
