rotten onions for musica

<p>Today 24 dec 2016, as we are 10 family members on holiday in jeffreys bay, we decided to rent a mercedes vito bus so we all can go do our last xmas shopping at baywest mall, port elizabeth. For our 9 year old son we decided to buy him a ps3 game for xmas, as this game was rarely available, but to our suprise it was available at musica, baywest mall. Upon asking the clerk why it is so expensive, he rep**** thay it was a new game, hence the price. He scan it on the till, took my R500 and handed me the game. As the game was sealed in plastic one obviously thought that the game was in the cover. . . as we handed out gift on xmas eve, to my sons exitement about his present, i could not handle the look on his face when he opened same just to find that there was no game inside the cover.. So how uneducated and stupid is this clerk not to know that the games are kept in a drawer at the till( as i heard from friends). He should have known to open the package, retrieve the game from drawer and inserted same into cover. Problem is, afyer i had to console my son, i will have to drive all the way back to baywest(65km) to colect what is actually our property that we paid for but did not receive. This is inconveniece at its best. I hope this will be taker care of.</p> <p>Very very unhappy and dissatisfied</p> <p> </p>
